- Work on team to help complete and consolidate project and business case documents for internal approvals. This will require interfacing with Legal, Corp Purchasing, Risk Management, etc, as well as with the vendor and users
- Help maintain system implementation project plans across IT and Operations
- Help coordinate system to system data migration; act as liaison between users and IT support
- Assist with coordination of other user acceptance testing
- Provide other analytical support as needed; eg issues tracking, other documentation
Skills / Knowledge Required:
- Excellent English; excellent analytical and communication skills; excellent writing skills
- Must be proficient in MS Word/Project/Excel/Powerpoint and Visio
- Experience in system implementation or systems integration projects is required
- Experience with both users (Operations) and IT/programmers – particularly in a liaison function
- Extra credit for: knowledge of the financial services industry – especially commercial mortgage sector, its investors as well as servicing and asset management
