Требуется Lead Business Analyst





Skills / Knowledge Required:

· Minimum 3 years experience as a Functional Analyst

· Very strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent spoken and written English ESSENTIAL, ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts

· Strong process flow, diagramming skills and presentation skills (Visio, Power Point), Use Case modeling (RUP), UML

· Proficient in developing requirements definition, functional specifications, test sсriрts, data models and business procedures.

· Strong knowledge of business analysis methodology and software.

· Familiar with multi-tier architecture design and implementation

· Understanding of CRM systems and financial services an advantage

· Understanding of database technologies, data modeling, and working experience with any major RDBMS System (Oracle, Sybase, Informix, SQL Server)

· Understanding the test/QA process, automated testing experience is a plus

· Self-driven and highly motivated

· Good organizational and project management skills

. Knowledge of banking industries is a plus
